  • Noon - 2 p.m.: Exec Board Meeting / Foundation Meeting / National Federation Meeting     
  • 3 - 5 p.m. Belly Dancing/Saidi Class - YAN/YP Event    
  • 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Happy Hour     
  • 7:30 p.m. Welcome Banquet - Authentic Lebanese Cuisine (Cedar Palace Catering)    
  • 9 p.m. Belly Dancers Performance     
  • 9:30 p.m. - Midnight: Hafli (Arabic DJ & Tabl Drum)

 

Saturday 7/20    

  • 8 a.m. - Noon: Registration     
  • 8 - 10 a.m. Sitty’s Kitchen     
  • 10 a.m. Shuttle to Park    
  • 11 a.m. Annual St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 5K at Oakbrook Terrace View Park    
  • Noon - 3 p.m. Picnic with live band performance, yard games, falafel class, and olive oil tastings    
  • 5 - 7 p.m. Registration     
  • 6 - 7 p.m. Happy Hour     
  • 7 - 9 p.m. Banquet (Hotel Catering)    
  • 9 p.m. - 1 a.m. Hafli (Arabic Singer and DJ/Tabl Drum)
